ARTEMIS Satellite Constellation

ARTEMIS SmallSats Constellation is a fleet of 200 nano-satellites that provides a programme of applications for Earth Observation and monitoring Earth’s local environment in space.

We are developing the world’s largest fleet of Earth observation satellites and space-based observatories to provide timely, high-definition imagery, near real-time video, and data of our changing planet. And that’s not all, we will develop a series of apps which will allow you to upload your very own experiments and take control of observations!

Users can can access data through our interactive web platform which will provide timely imagery and near-real time video streamed from our fleet of satellites.

ARTEMIS Satellite Constellations

As a society we face new challenges in needing to preserve the Earth’s precious resources and reducing environmental impact. At Artemis Space our ethos is to use our knowledge generated from space research to act as a feedback loop back into supporting sustainable development to benefit our every day lives.

We will address global challenges by providing innovative solutions for a wide range of applications and markets including earth observation, risk analysis, agriculture, forestry, marine environment, disaster monitoring, cultural heritage and archaeology, and emergency relief.

Our rapid mapping and monitoring in near real-time allows users to manage problems as they occur.

Synergy Moon – to the Moon and Beyond

The development of the next generation of small satellite systems are providing disruptive technology, paving the way for low cost access to Space. Small satellites make new and innovative space missions  possible both in low Earth orbit and beyond. The ARTEMIS SmallSat fleet will provide telecommunications and data for Team Synergy Moon’s Lunar mission for the Google Lunar X PRIZE, utilising SmallSats for space exploration and future planetary missions.

We will address global challenges by providing multi-spectral imagery and remote sensing for a range of  applications and markets including:

  • Earth Observation

  • Risk Analysis

  • Marine Environment

  • Agriculture

  • Forestry

  • Cultural Heritage & Archaeology

  • Disaster Monitoring

  • Humanitarian Relief

Paving the way for Civil access to Space

Education and paving the way for civil access to space lies at the heart of the ARTEMIS SmallSat mission. Data will be stored in a virtual repository which will be made available for public access, facilitating a community of users and developers to innovate. Students, educators and members of the public can access the SmallSats through our mission control to take control of the satellite fleet and make observations. Each satellite has a payload of sensors, cameras and telescopes for Earth Observation, exploring Earth’s local environment in space and observing astronomical phenomena. Tesla space telescope

Hosted Payload and Rideshare Opportunities

The ARTEMIS SmallSats programme offers Hosted Payload and Rideshare opportunities for CubeSat and PicoSat experiments, hardware and software. Our mission objective is to enable easier access to Space and lower the cost of launch, for Universities, Students, CubeSat Makers, Industry and hobby enthusiasts.
